As one of the Super Local Community Companies (SLCC) & established to implement the Government policy to develop the local communities in the oil & gas concession areas. PDO, on behalf of the government took the initiative to implement this social investment strategy.
Currently the company is awarded a direct contract with PDO to work in a completion and well intervention (Slick line, non-corrosive pumping and well-head maintenance).
Based on the current work scope, the company is estimated to employ around 100 staff at the start. However the strategy is to steadily grow the company as opportunities present themselves. The company will run field support base, workshops, logistic support and daily operations with a number of units. The organization structure initially will consist of a number of main departments: Operations, HR, HSE, Finance, Contract & Business development, Public Relations, etc. Legal and external audit services are obtained through local consultants. Training and employment of local citizens from the concession areas is one of the major aims of the company, also the company is involved in social work with all its stake holders and with the government relevant establishments.
The company management system consists of a set of developed procedures covering all the aspects of its business and in accordance with the land law and local & international pre-set industrial corporate operations & governance standards
